Seeking a Legal Assistant for a law firm in Pasadena, California. The ideal candidate will have experience with court filings in State & Federal Courts, organize and assist in preparing documents for filings, update calendars, manage deadlines, format, proofread, edit, and maintain digital legal files. We seek a dedicated professional who is comfortable working as part of a team and seasoned enough to work independently. This position provides a wide range of administrative and clerical support to a legal team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of service.
- An ABA-approved paralegal certificate is also preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of law firm experience in insurance defense litigation.
